Nick Hinton is a composer, singer, songwriter and producer who writes and produces music for film, tv, media and his own independent releases. His styles range from intimate cues to fully realised orchestral pieces, and he brings several years of experience as a singer songwriter in the rock, pop and acoustic genres. Recording and programming in Cubase using a variety of sample-based instruments, Nick likes to incorporate live instruments wherever possible – including guitars, piano, bass, kalimba, percussion and hand-slapped knees! Nick has edited and compiled the audiobooks for the Harry Potter ‘Pottermore‘ series and his music has been placed in shows for Dateline NBC, Discovery, ESPN, MTV and ABC and is licensed by companies including the BBC and Getty Images. Nick is a member of PRS For Music.
