Pratyush Raj, invariably known as Bass Rebellion, is an electronic music artist, producer and a DJ based out of Noida(IN). Sonic influences from genres like House, PsyTrance & Techno merged with euphoric melodies define his signature soundscape. 'Into the psychedelic abyss' represents the listener being surrounded by soaring basslines and hypnotic synths. A versatile discography consisting of original compositions, electronic renditions of Vedic mantras, remakes/remixes and experimental musical doodles showcase his authentic musical aesthetic. Discovering electronic music in his early teens, he rapidly developed an interest in producing music of his own. Original compositions like 'Sun Dhun', remakes of retro film music, diverse spiritual psychedelic releases have helped him in developing a niche with a dedicated audience and reach the charts on platforms such as iTunes & Apple Music internationally. Besides just music, the variety of supporting tasks ranging from designing his album arts to creating videos, define his true independent artistry. This long stint of experimenting with a variety of music has spawned distinct characteristics and style that can be experienced across his productions today.
