OCNO are Manuel Villaescusa (overtone singing, hang, guitar), Enrique Carriedo (overtone singing, tibetan bowls) and Paco Sanabria (overtone singing, helix bowl, percussion). OCNO makes music for awakening expanded states of consciousness, using breath as a primary fuel our in the form of overtone singing and didgeridoo. This breath current is sustained by rhythm, sometimes slow and meditative and sometimes fast and intense, in a shamanic quest for trance. "En el Corazón del Mundo" is a great mix of dreamy atmospheres, powerful shamanic trance rhythms, Indian ragas, brazilian ayahuasca hymns and experimental cosmic sounds. The overtone singing is accompanied by the magic sounds of the Hang, didgeridoo, shruti, bansuri, guitars, harps and tibetan bowls. Music inspired by and performed for shamanic rituals and devotional ceremonies.
