A five piece band from Cairo, Egypt. Alan-k’s spacey / innovative sound connects with their listeners on a personal level; their melodies, harmonies, and lyrics paint a lofty picture that is reminiscent of a preceding era, whilst remaining rooted in the fidelity of modern Times. Kicked off in late 2019 by composers/producers Mada Khaled, and Sherif Asfour, Joining forces with their lifelong friends and music partners; guitarist and music composer Karim El Zanfally, Hisham Al Manasterly on the bass, and Sherif El Gharib on drums and percussions. Since their debut they’ve released five studio EPs, and performed live numerous times in clubs and festivals. Their curiosity for exploring new sound scapes and their love of music continues to flourish, as their sound continues to evolve.
