Celine Vong is a Lao-American independent pop artist from Columbus, Ohio. While growing up in the suburbs, Celine was exposed to a healthy dose of all kinds of pop music. With influences such as JoJo, Kehlani, Khalid, keshi, MUNA, and late 90s to early 2000s artists as well, Celine has cultivated a sound that is both nostalgic and fresh. Almost every song is built off of simple guitar and vocal tracks, and further transformed into a recollection of a feeling or a moment in time that is personal to both Celine and the listener. The evolution of the Columbus, Ohio native's sound can be heard on her new single "Like a Tattoo."
