Northern California melodic metalcore band I Sank Atlantis, have released their debut EP, “Self Conscious,” a project that is both heavy in lyrical content as well as instrumentally. With 7 tracks and just under 30 minutes in length the bands EP pulls influences from both post rock/shoegaze and ambient metalcore, bands such as Invent Animate, Being As An Ocean, and Counterparts. The trio stated that they wanted to write something that resonates with others. Their goal was for those who may be feeling lost or lonely to know that they aren’t alone. - Stay Noisy Podcast 2021
