San Diego metalcore act, Fire & Flesh, was birthed in the SF Bay Area during the summer of 2013 by musician/frontman Justin Nieto. F&F embody a diverse style of metal that is influenced by thrash, pop punk, and hardcore. Songs of rage, resentment, enlightenment, passion, self worth, love, and partying, all combined with heart tugging leads and solos. Turned down by every record label, the band remains independent.
