Angel Nightmare is an American musician, composer, songwriter, and sound engineer based in Los Angeles. They are also known as the producer/vocalist for Industrial Metal band Midnight Nightmare(2015-Present) and as the guitarist for Industrial band Dawn of Ashes(2019-Present). At an early age Angel became fascinated with music through 80s era pop, post-disco, and various retro video game soundtracks and used 80's styled hardware/software in his early days of music production to emulate a similar sound. Angel is proficient in acoustic/electric guitar, bass, drums, piano, & synthesizers. They produce & compose several different genres of music and is known to combine drastically different genre’s into their tracks. Angel's debut solo album "Surreal(2019)" was heavily inspired by Witch House, Industrial, and Trap Metal and featured a combination of these genre's throughout the album. Angel's second solo album "American Villain(2020)" expands on the trap & hip hop elements even more while adding a less serious, comedic element to the tracks. In this album Angel uses his music production and composition skills to include different genres into the hip hop foundation. He performed with synthesizers on the majority of the tracks including the Roland Juno-60, Sh-101, and the Gaia. This album includes elements of Synthpop, Industrial, Baroque era Classical, and Chiptune sprinkled in making the tracks sound dynamically different, yet still cohesive in the context of the album.
