Thank you for your interest in my music! The fact that you are reading this means that you are interested in knowing a bit more, what makes me even more grateful. When I started with making music in the late 80s, it was mostly an analog thing. The first digital steps had already been taken - name them instruments, like the Fairlight or Emulator II or the first versions of Pro Tools (known as "Slow Tools" back then). But all of this was only available for huge acts or producers in the league of Quincy Jones. The ordinary guys in their home studios had something that was called Tracker. Those were early forms of sequencers and samplers, one of the most famous was the Scream Tracker. These were the days in which I started to use the computer for making sounds. After 2000 my musical activities got less and less, and from 2005 on, I completely left the music. It was around 2015 that some videos on YouTube - especially videos by guys like Ski Oakenfull and Gregory Osborne - showed how digital music production has evolved after 2000. I was totally excited to see what was possible nowadays, and suddenly, I felt the urge to get into that stuff again. I am grateful to these guys - and of course some others too - for showing me the way back to my long-lost love to music. And here I am - trying to transport some of the vibes of the early days of digital music in the 80s and 90s into the present. I hope you like what I am doing!
