Formed in 2003 around the talents of Angela Mullenhour (lead vocals), Eric Mahle (drums), Phil Naumann (guitar), and Shaun Podgurski (bass/vocals), Chicago-based indie rock quartet Sybris released their eponymous debut on the Flameshovel label in August 2005 to both critical and commercial acclaim.
