Interesting Hobbies Club is a four-piece indie rock band based out of Los Angeles. Composed of lead singer/guitarist Julian "Jules" Caspole, lead guitarist Chris Wells, drummer and producer Max Young, and bassist Alex Prichett, IHC quickly cemented themselves as an up-and-coming indie rock band with their Summer 2020 debut release, The State of Being Here. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band was unable to perform live alongside the release of the album. However, this didn't stop IHC from releasing music videos for In The Garden and Golden Dandelions. 
 The lack of live performances during COVID led to the creation of the stand-alone EP Shirts, a reworked collection of songs written by Jules Caspole during high school. Shirts, prominently featuring a cover of the Mazzy Star song Look on Down From the Bridge. Shirts was almost a step back from the voracious, experiemental indie rock of The State of Being Here. Introspective and somber, the EP released to acclaim from IHC's ever-growing fanbase. 
 As Los Angeles continues to vaccinate and open back up, Interesting Hobbies Club is lining up shows everywhere from friends' backyards to ampitheatres. Of course, they are not yet done releasing music. Keep your eyes open :-)
