Биография
Mush formed in 2015, first as a five-piece noise band with three guitars. Mush’s MO has changed a lot since then as the band continues to hone their sound. On 3D Routine the sound centered around the interweaving, duelling guitars of Steven Tyson and Dan Hyndman. Since Tyson’s death, Hyndman has contributed all of the guitars for Lines Redacted and new album Down Tools. Recent recruit, Myles Kirk is now on second guitar duties ushering another new era for the band, joining Dan plus Nick Grant (bass) and Phil Porter (drums). “[Lines Redacted] One of the finest British guitar records of recent years” 8/10 – Uncut "It’s difficult to view Lines Redacted as anything other than a potential future classic" – The Quietus "Unlike many modern disciples of the discord, the group have managed to take The Fall's signature sound and do something new with it, melding the chaos into something far more skew-whiff" **** – DIY "Like a well-oiled machine, the band’s constituent parts interlock with each other in punctual dexterity; supple musicianship that stands out more than ever on this robust sophomore affair" 8/10 – The Line of Best Fit "When they're on they're really on -- like the great "Blunt Instruments" and "Hazmat Suits" -- making the kind of overcaffeinated mutant pop that's one shake away from blowing" – Brooklyn Vegan "An impressive art-punk take on this current dystopia" 8/10 – Clash
