    Giggle and Hoot is an award-winning Australian children's TV programme which airs on ABC KIDS TV. The show began in 2009, and depicts the adventures of Jimmy Giggle (James Rees), his best friend Hoot the Owl, and Hoot’s best owl pal, Hootabelle. They are also joined by other friends including Giggleosaurus, Mini-Hoot, Pirate Hootbeard, and Giggle Fangs. Giggle and Hoot focuses on pre-schoolers lives and routines through friendship, laughter, imagination and music. The music from the show features songs written by some of Australia’s most acclaimed songwriters, including Sean Peter, Lior, and David McCormack (Custard).
