A mixture of Polynesians & Māori born out of Central Auckland, Nesian Mystik were key to the breakthrough of NZ Hip Hop in the early 2000s. They remained at the top of their game for well over a decade. All 4 of their albums reaching the Top 20/Gold & Platinum status, a record-breaking 11x Top 10 singles and numerous other Awards throughout their career. Nesian Mystik was, and always will be, the "Sound of Summer in Aotearoa".
