Stowaways was formed in Aachen as the project of Juri (guitar, harmonies) and Amber (vocals) in the summer of 2019. Fabian (drums) and Alex (bass) joined the group between spring and summer 2020. Since then, they have been concentrating on linking their emo-rock and indie roots to punk influences and developing their very own style. Ever since their formation, the band was able to play some big gigs in the city and supported acts such as Paroli and FYUS In December of 2021 the band announced their upcoming debut EP. In this EP they give an overview of their style and the topics that matter to them, such as the anxiety and feeling of being cornered, letting go and starting again, and about the fear and frustration that comes with aging. After the release of their first single I Love You, I'm Sorry in July 2022, Stowaways now await the release of their EP in August.
