Defeatist delivers a blend of Melodic Hardcore that is both highly emotive and introspective. With influences spanning a wide array of musical styles, the Cardiff based quarter has successfully managed to juxtapose the facets of their earlier work with a more refined and melody-driven sound. 
 Their recent EP, 'Closure', was engineered by Timothy Vincent (Casey, Brutality Will Prevail) at Woodcroft Audio.
