Formed in 2019 by Daniel Guthormsen and Teodor Thyvold, Viction is a Norwegian metal band with roots in thrash metal and melodic death metal, along with other influences creating a unique and powerful sound. 
 Viction started through a school in Norway where they strictly teach Rock and Metal music. Initially they started off with only Daniel and Teodor, but about a year later Leonid Melnikov joined on drums and Ole Stensgård on lead guitar. The band has performed numerous times in Oslo, as well as Bergen, Raufoss and even played Bloodstock Open Air in 2022 after winning the Norwegian Metal 2 The Masses contest! In May of 2023 they were invited to guest headline the Scottish Metal 2 The Masses grand finale in Edinburgh, taking the band further into new territory and spreading their music to the world. Now with their debut album Darkness, We Are God, the band is ready to take on the world with their music!
