My name is Matteo Floris and I like to express my creativity with music, especially with my acoustic guitar. I love music and my curiosity pushed me to try different music genres throughout the years. I have been inspired mainly by the music of the 70s and the 90s. You can clearly find out in my music who has inspired me mainly: Syd Barrett, Kurt Cobain or John Frusciante to mention some. I’ve started playing guitar only 10 years ago and in the last year, after playing loads of covers, I have been inspired and motivated to write my own music and in October I have released my first single “Try again”. My goal is to release an album by the end of 2023. I like the songwriting process, especially trying to channel my emotions through the rules of music theory, and adding lyrics that make sense with the music and the feeling I am experiencing during that particular moment. Most of my music is self produced, therefore you will find a particular “Lofi” sound. You can find my music on Spotify and You Tube. My next release is coming soon 🤞
