The Spanish Filipina blood born in Manila. Filipina singer, Jos Garcia is a celebrated personality in Japan, particularly Kyoto, where she is well known for her versatility as a performer and involvement in civic activities. In 2020 she released a single under Viva Records entitled, "Nagpapanggap" . The said song was composed by the legendary REY VALERA. Currently, She is composing and creating her own songs.
