What would happen if you gave a pianist and a drummer/trumpet player the chance to play jazz versions with numerous talented ladies as a trio? Soft shimmering tunes emerge and the only possible name for such a group had to be a homage to the classic, Stella By Starlight. The duo has accompanied many lovely voices, like Karen Souza and have played shows alongside the The Cooltrane Quartet and Jamie Lancaster to name a few. The soft brush of their snare and the gentle notes of the piano, a jazz instrument par excellence, bring a velvet finish to any version they touch.
