La Cordillera started in 2015 as a group of friends commited to create music of their own, mostly reggae, ska & blues; then they began mixing more genres and began composing in more styles, instilling the sound of the band with more fussion. Now La Cordillera considers themselves to be a "reggae fussion band" with gigs in Medellín & San Pedro de los Milagros, they have been steadily earning their name and reputation in Colombia and the world.
