Catharsis is a post shoegaze project. mixing elements of alternative rock, shoegaze, post shoegaze, grunge and noise rock, drawing inspiration from bands such as my bloody valentine, Nothing , Hum, Narrow Head, Ovlov, Slowdive , Superheaven
