hi :) --- "Self Portrait" is a conglomeration of songs that I feel makeup who I am. From the light-hearted view of my day and feelings in "Just Killing Time," to a theatrical expression of me trying to convince myself to live more authentically in the track "Self Portrait," I tried to paint a full picture of everything I've been thinking, feeling, and singing about since my last album. This album was all about vulnerability to me. I wanted to try new things and really try to learn more things about myself through the songs. I still feel like I'm learning new things about myself from these songs. I hope you enjoy this Self Portrait. Thank you for all of your love and support. 
 Josh Dare is a 24-year-old artist from Colorado. He started playing piano when he was four and has been playing music ever since. Josh released his 4th album, "Self Portrait," on February 24th, 2023. 
 Josh's musical style is characterized by his favorite music and the artists that inspire him. Some of his favorite artists include Paul McCartney, The Beatles, Clairo, Pink Floyd, Mac DeMarco, Fishmans, Radiohead, Tyler The Creator, Kendrick Lamar, George Harrison, Japanese Breakfast, Joni Mitchell, and Boy Pablo.
