Alt pop group Darling Darlene just released their debut single, “Someone you’re not”. A luxurious pop tune bringing modern yacht rock draped in French designer fashion. It is the first look at upcoming DIY-record, the EP “Lost at the Movies”, created during a three-month getaway to the Danish countryside. With lyrics exploring unbridled egoism, apathy and half-forgotten dreams from another life, Darling Darlene unleash their eclectic chaos productions in a showdown with rigid expectations and the trends of the times. Darling Darlene consists of songwriters and multi instrumentalists Christian Popp Therkildsen and Johan Skjold Knudsen.
