Rainier Crescini, also known as, "NER" is a young aspiring Singer-Songwriter based in Laguna, Philippines. NER ventured into the music industry back in 2020 and has since then been consistently reaching editorial playlists on Spotify. NER has been featured on Wish 107.5 and a number of events recently. Currently, he is signed under Sony Music Philippines and working his way to being the freshest face in OPM.
