Born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in London since the age of eleven, 22-year-old rising UK-based Afrobeat artist Kid Alpha has had a rapid rise in his music career. He is now regarded as one of the best Afrobeats Artist in the World. Kid Alpha calls his music "AfroRnB / Afro Riddim & Bass”. He draws inspiration from artists like Wande Coal, Davido, Wiz Kid, Burna Boy and Chris Brown as well as traditional Yoruba music - Fújì.
