Back in 2006 the two musicians Philipp „philT“ Treiber and Nico Balletta founded their baby Defy The Laws Of Tradition. The pre-album-EP „A Prologue“ already made it clear that something big was coming and with the release of their first full-length „Till Death Us Part“ Defy raised the bar within the local metal scene. „Come at me, Bro'!“ After exchanging several of the former members and the release of their recent album „GameChanger“ Defy are stronger than ever before - NBG-Shred at it’s finest and a slap in every stereotypical breakdown’s face. Defy aren’t reinventing the wheel, no one does that anymore. Being open minded when it comes to individual musical experiments – if not Defy then who is?
