Tayar | تيار is an Arabic electronic music/indie-pop duo consisting of singer/songwriter, Ahmad Farah, and music producer and filmmaker, Bader Helalat. The duo has emerged from the indie-rock scene in the city of Amman. Together, they collaborate to tell stories through audio and visual means. Tayar has quickly become recognized for its synthesizers and vocals. By invoking visual and lyrical conversation, Tayar allows the audience and listeners to interpret their sound individually. With abstract lyrics and a distinct sound, Tayar is set on developing its own category, one that is notably evolving with every release. Their sound is influenced by indie pop and neo-psychedelia.
