With a new sound and a timeless emotional voice, British singer/songwriter Ed Tattersall returns to the world of music in 2022 with a brand new collection of songs. The first full instalment comes in the form of a stripped back 4 track acoustic EP “Rescue Me”. With a wide variety of influences (Ben Howard to Paolo Nutini, Kelly Jones to Chris Cornell), the past 3 years has seen Ed constantly explore his sound and voice from his self built studio in the Hertfordshire countryside. After penning 100’s of songs and learning the skills to record and produce his own music, this year Ed ventured out to play stages in Germany and Sweden as well as supporting some well known bands and artists such as Olivia Dean, Buzzcocks and China Crisis at venues across the UK. In early 2022, Ed started work with friend and guitarist Jake Priestley. They set about creating a record that would be Ed’s first commercial release in over 3 years. Stripping back the sound to just 2 guitars and a condenser microphone the title track single “Rescue Me” was born and will be out on November 14th. The full 4 track EP (also supported by Max Palmer and Curtis Miley) will be released on the 28th November 2022. Ed returns to London for his first headline show in over 4 years on December 8th at Camden’s prestigious venue, The Green Note which has played host to such acts as Michael Kiwunuka and Ed Sheeran.
