I started playing the piano at the age of 5 years old on an old beat up upright in the back woods of Missouri. I have always had the desire to sit at the piano and pick out melodies. I remember from a very early age composing arrangements of my mother’s favorite songs at her request. I learned that music can touch people in ways that nothing else could. Once I recognized that there was no looking back. I had to be a part of reproducing those thoughts and feelings for people. Music is an anchor in my life. In times when I feel alone or in times of joy, music is always there. Some of my greatest and most spiritual moments have music attached at the core. My kids, my wife, and the best memories in my life – all of them. Music is there. I want to be able to express my passion for music for those who might want to listen. I have played piano all my life and I love to compose melodies and songs. Writing and playing brings out a kind of spirituality in me that I've rarely been able to duplicate. I find this is the case for most people. Music lifts and takes us to places we cannot achieve otherwise. I want to be a part of making that connection for people.
