Formed in the late 2000s around the talents of Guy Berryman (Coldplay), Magne Furuholmen (a-ha), and Jonas Bjerre (Mew), modern rock supergroup Apparatjik first appeared on the 2008 benefit compilation Bruce Parry Presents: Amazon - Tribe - Songs for Survival.
