Seventeen year old Georgie Levien is a New Zealand singer-songwriter based in Nelson. Her acoustic indie folk music typically centers around layered harmonies and her singing style has been described as sweet and disarmingly pure and honest. Her first single “Taking Me Places” earned her a top 6 place in NZ wide music competition Take the Mic in 2022. Her second single Covers is a top 40 finalist in the International Vander & Young Global Songwriting competition for 2022.
