Spin My Fate is modern, energetic rock from Münster / DE. The five longtime friends Jan, Simon, Patrick, Marcel and Jonas prove that you can create a massive sound on stage and in the studio completely on your own, without sacrificing quality or even emotionality. Their latest work Tides (released under their own label BigVish Records) is like a tidal wave that irresistibly sweeps you along to expose yourself. Because both musically and lyrically it quickly becomes clear: this work is personal. Not only emotional abysses are clearly addressed, also politically and ethically singer and lyricist Jan does not mince words. The whole thing is musically underpinned by robust guitars, slithering bass strings and groovy drums. Furthermore, dreamy melodies invite you to reflect and round off the work impressively: here catchy melodies meet dense, powerful music! Besides 300 + played concerts, among others with Skindred, Emil Bulls, 4Lyn, Itchy Poopzkid or Miss Montreal, Spin My Fate won some band competitions and toured, without the help of external booking agencies, all over Germany. Abroad SMF played in Poland and the Netherlands. All recordings were released by the band itself. Currently the band is in the studio to work on their fourth studio album.
