Carter Rubin’s natural talent and boyish charm lines him up to be the next big thing. Coming off of his success winning Season 19 of NBC’s The Voice and becoming the youngest male winner at 15 years old, Carter’s vocals and attention-grabbing stage presence has grown exponentially since.
