Born out of an eclectic combination of indie, jazz and rock, Vaguefun are a Brisbane band with a bright, infectious sound that has to be played on repeat. After all ending up in the same music class together, they formed a band at the age of 14 and started performing and writing in their spare time. Three years later they released their first single, 'The Way She Moved' in 2018 to critical acclaim (at least their mum said it sounded good). In May of 2019, Vaguefun released their first official single, Out of My Head. 
In 2021, they released the song ‘Who To Blame', and in September, dropped their most ambitious project yet -Crossroads is the culmination of a years work of writing and production by the band - a four track EP that transports the listener through a sonic experience of sharp, biting guitar chords, punchy resonant drums and soaring vocals. Inspired by the time we spent in isolation, our relationships with our friends and family, and our relationships with each other, Crossroads is a unique look into the shifting psyche of Vaguefun during a time when the world was turned upside down.
