Akiva is a young, talented and exciting Music Producer, DJ and Songwriter. 
 Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY Akiva would often groove to music as a young toddler and even would pick up guitar in 4th grade (only for a year). But he didn't have his first real niche in music till the age of 17, when he started to play piano. He would go on to learn guitar and evolve into the world of music production. Endless hours, days, and nights studying the skill and learning new things every day would soon pay off. Sure enough a few months later he was given the opportunity for an official remix for Waterbury Mesivta which instantly helped him gain some fans. A few months after meeting with Chananya Begun, founder of the YTI org. who has a knack for realizing talent when he sees it. After being taken in to the orginization he was noticed by many talented people, including his now-good-friend Nechemia Krasner aka DJ Kraz who instantly saw his potential and a few months later they released Good Vibe together. A few months later they teamed up yet again to create the psy-trance hit Od Avinu Chai which received support from several world-class DJs including Blastoyz & was played in many venues worldwide on the jewish holiday of Purim. He then remixed another Waterbury song Stranger - Akiva Hammond Remix which received 7k streams in its first week of action on Spotify.
