Pop/dance singer-songwriter Stephanie Kay Hussar (now Thorn) was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a child, Stephanie Kay began writing and recording original songs. Although Stephanie Kay remains independent and is not affiliated with a recording label, she has found success on her own by working with talented DJs and Producers. In 2011, Stephanie Kay appeared as a vocalist and songwriter on a studio album, 'Back in The Black' by artist Domino Grey. In 2012 her original song 'Candy' was aired on local radio - 95.9 Kiss FM's Undiscovered. In 2015, Stephanie Kay had her vocals appear on a track, 'Off The Floor', that was later signed to Grey Lion Records. That same year she also had vocals appear on a track by artist Another World, entitled 'The Last Call', which was aired on Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren's Radio Show - 'A State of Trance' (Episode 659). More recently, Stephanie Kay has gained exposure per a song she originally penned for herself but later released for copyright-free use, entitled 'Stars Collide'. DJs Stahl and Audio Paradyne collaborated on their own rendition of 'Stars Collide' which has over 1 million plays across multiple streaming platforms.
