Биография
Formation: Akira Ueno, Ciça Tuccori, Gal Oppido, Geraldo Leite, Helio Ziskind, Luiz Tatit, Ná Ozzetti, Paulo Tatit, Pedro Mourão and Zecarlos Ribeiro. In 1974, RUMO began to produce songs with new treatment in terms of composition and arrangement. Noteworthy is the role of everyday speech intonation in the compositions and the role of instrumentation valuing the main line of singing in the arrangements. From 1977, begin to recreate songs from old Brazilian composers (Noel Rosa, Lamartine Babo and Sinhô). In 1981, record two independent LPs: “Rumo” and “Rumo aos Antigos”. In 1983, launch Diletantismo. In 1985, it was Caprichoso's turn. In 1988, the first children's album: “Quero Passear”. Finally, in 1991/1992, a live recording with new songs and musicians: Ricardo Breim, Swami Jr. and Fábio Tagliaferri. In 2004, the first DVD. When it seens finished, arrive the 2010´s “Sopa de Concha”, a new search of 78 Rpm, produced by Swami Jr with great musicians playing and Rumo singing. Okay, excuse us. There is more. A new album in 2019: “Universo”, with production of Marcio Arantes. Do you know that story of the 9 members of Rumo where several had already left for their solo career? Well, when we went to see, and look, here we are again! There are fourteen unreleased songs. And now, how do we stop this story ...?
