Биография

Elena Coats was born and raised in the small town of Twin Falls, Idaho. At a very young age, she began showing an interest in singing, performing, and all things music. Growing up, she was constantly surrounded by music of all different genres and eras, and was very much influenced by her family’s love for music. All through elementary school Elena took piano, guitar, and voice lessons, and was involved in multiple musical theater productions. By the age of nine she began performing solo around her hometown, and at the mere age of twelve, Elena wrote her first song. 
 By freshman year, Elena decided to pursue a career in the industry, and began traveling back and forth to Los Angeles. Immediately she began working with talented musicians, and was even invited to perform with Wayne Brady on the daytime television show, The Talk. 
 In 2013, Elena was introduced to Travis Clark of We The Kings. Shortly after meeting, he invited her out to perform with the band at two of their upcoming California shows. After that, she was asked to be a feature on their track, Sad Song. Since then, she’s been featured on multiple We The Kings albums, and was able to open for them on tour in 2016. Sad Song has gone on to be one of the band’s most popular songs to date, and has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. 
 Elena is currently working with producer Blake Healy, and is making her mark on the pop scene with her unique sound, and honest lyrics.
