Also known as "RoBA," Robert Avellnet began his career as a member of the legendary Latino boy band Menudo, alongside Ricky Martin, performing on stage all over America. Robert was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where his uncle Chucho Avellanet has been a musics star since the 1960s. Robert has been active as a singer, musician, songwriter and music producer ever since, releasing albums and singles, as well as music videos, some of which he has also directed. Robert writes and produces his music, and although he likes to explore modern styles, he describes his music as a combination of soulful pop rock with elements of jazz and funk that bring classic sounds to today's music. Robert also founded Viva La Earth, a skin cream company focused on wellbeing through 100% natural products. Part of its sales go to non-profit organizations, such as the Wayuu Taya Foundation. As a studied actor, Robert has worked on theater, tv series and film. His latest movie FREE DEAD OR ALIVE is available on Prime Video.
