Биография

Hildur is an artist, songwriter and producer from Iceland. Coming from a background of indie music, as the singer and cellist of Rökkurró, touring around Europe and touching listeners with her ethereal voice, she moved into the world of pop. Releasing her first solo single I'll Walk With You in 2016- instantly hitting the top of the Icelandic charts and then receiving the Icelandic Music Awards for pop song of the year, her pop career was off to a great start. Along with releasing 2 EP's, Heart to Heart and Intuition (featuring the international hit Picture Perfect), she also started an an international career of songwriting for other artists and then producing later on. In 2021 she started the new music project RED RIOT with her friend Cell7. They released their first single Bounce Back that got nominated for Best Electronic Song of the Year at the 2022 Icelandic Music Awards. She is now working on her first full lengt album, as well as RED RIOT's album and songwriting and producing for numerous up and coming and well known Icelandic artists. Hildur is a powerhouse when it comes to catchy melodies, thoughtful and honest lyrics and clever production and is putting her mark on female produced pop music.
