Major Minor is an Australian Croatian Band from Melbourne. Since 1983 the MM crew has taken traditional & modern Croatian music, including English music, to a new level by applying a unique energy and style. The band started under the name of Slatki San in 1983. During the early 90’s, Slatki San started to play in the Aussie pub scene and needed another name, thus Major Minor was chosen. After a few years playing in the local Aussie market, the band continued to play in the Croatian scene with many punters persisting with the name Major Minor which then ‘stuck’. The band has had a number of member changes over the journey and now is a 5 piece band with a heavier edge, who love their rock, and approach every show with a ‘lets rock this’ attitude. These 5 guys have taken this band to a new level, and based on recent shows, locally, interstate and overseas, the reputation of MM couldn’t be stronger.
