Habida is an MTV award-winning musician, actress and performer celebrated for the smash hits like “Kesho” and “My Reason”. She clinched an MTV Listeners Choice Award for her collaboration with Kenyan artiste Nameless in the song: “Sunshine”. She is also a two-time nominee at the Channel O Awards for the most gifted Afro-pop artist and Best R&B Video, she was also nominated as Best New Artist of the month on MTV. She was signed to Gallo Publishers in South Africa, after which she released her debut Album on iTunes. She is today independent. Habida is Kenyan, Irish, English and Somali, she was born started her life in Nairobi, then travelled the world to fulfil her music and souls passion as a child of the world.
