I had been pursuing a secular rap career for over 10 years. I was living a self-centered life and my music, while I didn’t realize it, was glorifying the sin that I was living in. I grew up in church and “thought” that I was saved and knew the Lord, but in reality my heart was far from Him. In 2016 the Lord convicted me, in a very real way, about my music. It was then that I realized how sinful my life and music was. I knew in my heart that He wanted me to use my music to glorify Him and point people to Jesus. I battled it for a while, but eventually stepped away from music. I stopped doing shows, stopped selling CDs, stopped selling merchandise, and I just got in God’s presence. I spent time in prayer; I opened up my bible and spent time in His word… I spent almost 2 years away from music and the studio completely; all the while the Lord was doing an incredible work in my heart, my mind and my life! Eventually He called me back into the studio, but with a new song written on my heart! One that would bring Him glory and point people to Jesus! My first Christian album, “CHANGED”, was released in April of 2019 and I've never been more excited to write, record, and share my music than I am now that the sole purpose is to glorify and praise my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
