Paul Filek is a talented Canadian Singer-Songwriter from Kamloops, BC. He has been active in the music industry since 2006 and has released three full-length albums and one EP. Paul gained national recognition as a Top 40 Canadian Idol finalist in 2007, where he placed in the Top 20 for Male contestants. He also won the Peoples Choice Award at the BC Interior Music Awards in 2008, and his single "Falling For You" reached #85 on the Mediabase Main AC national charts in 2011. Throughout his career, Paul has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with various renowned artists such as INXS, Carly Rae Jepsen, Ziggy Marley, Styx, Trooper, Jully Black, Corb Lund, and many more. In February 2023, Paul released his first single in over 11 years titled "Come Over". During the covid lockdown, he took the time to rediscover himself as a musician. He found himself in front of his computer relearning how to write, produce, and record music from the comfort of his own home. This rediscovery has led to a new era of creativity for Paul, and 2023 will be an exciting year as he plans to continuously release new music.
