Fumaxa embodies the multicultural essence of Lisbon suburbs. His music is an unique blend of African and European ideas and experiences. Son of Guinean parents, Fumaxa was born and raised in Portugal. On his early 20's he moved to London where he started making music before he returned to his hometown. Since he came back to Lisbon, Fumaxa has been actively involved in the rise of some of the biggest artists within the portuguese urban landscape such as Slow J, Papillon, Bispo, Landim, Chyna, PORCHY, Apollo G and Julinho Ksd, making him a multi platinum producer.
