Биография

Jaden Wakefield is a 27 year old independent Hip-Hop/RnB artist who has recently moved to Brisbane to go all in with his music. Originally from Tweed Heads, Jaden was headed down a dark and self destructive path which lead to him being kicked out of home at age 16 shortly followed by being expelled from school. These events would lead to him embarking on a very interesting journey over the next few years bouncing around from town to town meeting all kinds of people from all walks of life. Those places included Tamworth, Gunnedah, Coonamble, Young, Sutherland Shire in Sydney, South East Melbourne, and finally the Sunshine Coast. Having released a brand new single every single week in 2020 and amassing a catalogue of over 100 songs Jaden has really refined his approach to music and showcases his sub-genre hopping diversity as one of his strengths. Career milestones include supporting multi-platinum AIR, APRA & ARIA award winning Australian Hip-Hop legend Drapht on his South-East Queensland leg of his Australian Tour and playing Smoke Fest GC alongside JK-47 & Dylan J, and being added to the Rhyme Fest GC line up alongside Illy, Drapht, Thundamentals, Wombat, Nerve, Kobie-Dee & more. Jaden’s influences include artists such as Russ, RJ Payne, Sy Ari Da Kid, Eminem, Ransom, Big L, Mac Miller, 99 Neighbours, Amine, Vinnie Paz, Marlon Craft, J Cole, 360, Drapht, Horrorshow + many, many more.
