Blending symphonic and melodic metal with celtic mythology, medieval fantasy, and the occult, Aeronwen explores fictional worlds that mirror our own. Aeronwen’s music draws inspiration from the soaring vocals and passion of symphonic metal bands like Epica, Kamelot, and Nightwish, but also reflects an affinity with the sinister lyrics and death growls of bands like Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth. In merging these influences, Aeronwen navigates the razor’s edge between harmony and discord, redemption and damnation, love and destruction. In June 2022, Aeronwen released her debut single and music video, “Death’s Bride,” and her highly anticipated self titled debut album dropped Jan 13th, 2023.
