Minnesota-born, Bryan Highhill (Lumpy) grew up playing piano and trumpet. At the age of 9 he began recording songs on a cassette recorder boom box. An early lover of all things music, Bryan eventually got sucked into the 90’s punk and ska world during his formative years. The obsession for creating and recording sound and playing instruments, combined with the love of high-energy shows are what drove Bryan to continue making music and performing. This all eventually led to the start of Lumpy in 2008. Since then, there have been 4 full-length Lumpy Albums.
