Netzwerk is a Eurodance Italian music project, formed by Marco Galeotti, Marco Genovesi, Maurizio Tognarelli, in 1992 under the DWA label of Roberto Zanetti. The Group has released five singles, three of which entered the top ten in Italy and charted several times on the Billboard Charts. The first two singles, “Send Me An Angel” (cover of the homonymous single by the Australian Real Life) and “Breakdown” (cover of the homonymous single by Ray Cooper), both singles being sung by Sandra Chambers. A few years later Netzwerk would welcome Gianni Bini and Fulvio Perniola (Fathers of Sound), to their team as authors and producers. Together they would deliver two new hit singles entitled “Passion” and “Memories”, which were sung by Simone Jay, these singles are still considered among the most iconic singles of 90’s dance. After the enormous success of the previous singles, they took a two year hiatus, which would be followed by a change of label, The Volumex. In 1997, Netzwerk dropped their last single entitled “Dream”, which had a progressive trance / house vibe and was sung by a new vocalist, Sharon May Linn. The Netzwerk project at this point takes an important break, the two singers Sandy and Simone embark on their personal artistic careers, going on to realize productions of great international magnitude in the Dance and Pop music world.In October 2019 “Just Another Dream”, sung by Simone Jay, was released under the record label Do it Yourself.
